Usually, unless they're crazy or something :D, and I'm a bit guilty because it seems I have 26 fans, but I am only a fan of 25... and for the life of me I can't figure out who I haven't "fanned" back...

Edit: Found it! Phew, that was gonna bug the hell out of me!

Yeah so anyway, I usually feel bad because I tend to fan people back as opposed to being the first person to "fan". I dunno why!

No, but I should say that much of the time I do, just not automatically or immediately. I become a fan of someone because of their contributions to the site, or, in a few rare cases, because I know them personally. So I usually become a fan of new users after they're not new users anymore, because when they first sign up they haven't rated or contributed much. Once they have - regardless of the subject or spots of the content - I will become a fan when I become aware of them, as I admire the effort.

I have a bad habit, I tend to fan people pretty fast, but I don't like to have too many 'inactive' users on my list, so I delete them if they don't fan me back. I should probably just leave them on >_>

Sometimes i feel like people fan just because they want as many fans as they can get. I definately wont fan these people....i always look at others profiles when deciding whether to fan back

I do fan back most though if we have at least a few common interests or I've seen they've made good comments. If I've seen that they've been a bitch then I won't.
