I think it happens when wewe answer a chemsha bongo swali when wewe are not logged into fanpop, then wewe log in afterwards, only to find that you've answered the swali before, only wewe answered it once when wewe were logged on and once when wewe weren't. It happened to me on the Scrubs spot. :D
