Does Anybody Know If wewe Block Someone From Contacting wewe Does That Mean They Can't Rate Your Stuff?

Do wewe mean that someone was rating your stuf low and wewe want them to stop it? au do wewe mean that wewe want to block someone but still want them to be able to rate your content? au something else entirely?

copy and paste the url into the notes section when reporting the user. this way the f4 can be alerted to the persons behaviour. if they misbehave the f4 can warn them au if they REALLY misbehave ban them.
normally its best to just ignore weird people on the net. if they do get really creepy though wewe can always contact the f4. dont try to make matters into your own hands.
