Flashpoint VS Standoff: is it alike?

I'm a big shabiki of the onyesha Standoff. I upendo the crisis-negotiation part. I was wondering if Flashpoint and Standoff are anything alike? Have any of wewe watched both shows? If so, could wewe tell be the differences/similarities?
