Do wewe guys think that Phoebe and Joey should've been a couple???

i´m gooing to say that (first of all) the writters didn't make them one cause that would had been a cliche.
But if wewe ask me and other people in general no,i don't think they do . There is sexual atraction and they upendo each other like close Marafiki but never grew into something else , and i think is totally right to onyesha Marafiki can be just that. Calling Mike stupid is pointless cause the writters added him because they wanted someone for Phoebe , Mike was not the reason they never were a couple as Joey never was in the middle. So don't call him stupid ,it were the writters(aka the destiny on the show) who decided they werent mean to be

Eww, no way. They were just way too close, almost like incest. No thanks. I prefer her with Mike than with Joey. Besides Joey liked to sleep around where as Phoebe wasn't like that. Maybe he would have changed for her but I just don't like the idea of them together. Though I like Phoebe and Joey, just as bffs.

They can be funny in their own way. Known they had one sekunde kisses in few episodes throughout the whole series. But, to be honest, I like the way the onyesha went. Phoebe and Mike look perfect as a couple. Mike is not stupid ether. he and Phoebe may have broke up together in the ninth season, only because he didn't have a great marriage with his ex and was afraid that it can end up the same with Phoebe. Phoebe has thought of Mike the whole time and wish that she was still with him and with the help with Monica calling Mike and getting them back together, Mike was generous to fly in Barbados for Phoebe. They still loved each other and finally gotten married. Mike also wanted to have kids with Phoebe when Monica and Chandler brought their twins home. Mike was ready for fatherhood. The creators prefer them to be together. Joey couldn't hang on to a girl long enough to be serious to get married. I'm happy the way the series went.

Yes and no.

I always thought they'd be an interesting couple, and I did expect them to get together temporarily, at least. I was surprised and a little disappointed when I watched the entire series for the first time and realised it never happened, especially after his relationship with Ursula.

But I never thought it'd end up with Phoebe and Joey together at the end. For one thing, it'd be far too cliche to have 3 couples out of the 6 main characters. Also, as another answer points out, Joey's been built up as the guy who sleeps around throughout the series. It'd be out of character to have him settling down with anyone at the end.

I always preferred them as a couple over Monica and Chandler (yes I know I'm the only one), Ross and Rachel and Rachel and Joey.
