So...did Yoona have plastic surgery?

I saw her childhood pictures and thought she looked the same but plastic surgery is supposed to be little things so she could have had it. So I don't know what to think!

I think she got her nose done, her predebut nose was wide at the tip nose it is as much also the fact her nose used to be flat, now its rises up more. But all of SNSD have gotten plastic surgery at least one, and Yoona hasn't even got the most work done...hope that helps
