YoonA looks radiant as she starts filming for Chinese drama \'God of War Zhao Yun\'

Hengdian World Studios recently updated their Weibo with a picture of Girls\' Generation\'s YoonA transformed on the set of her upcoming Chinese drama \'God of War Zhao Yun\'!

In the picture shown above, YoonA can be seen dressed in traditional Chinese garb. With her flowing purple dress, long hair, and radiant smile, YoonA looks lovely for her role.

YoonA will be playing a beautiful and cheerful girl who is in love with the main character Zhao Yun, played by

Lin Gengxin. However, there\'s a plot twist when YoonA\'s character discovers that Zhao Yun killed her father.

YoonA started filming for her drama on January 15. It is scheduled to air in August via China\'s

It\'s wonderful she starting in a drama/ C-drama, because it will surely increase her popularity, but at the same time most C-drama that I have watch I tend to drop after a few episodes. Hopefully this drama has a good plot/storyline and it won\'t be about just pretty faces.
