I'm not talking about plastic surgery! I'm talking about their own career. Each member has skills to stay in the business, but who has improved the most?

I think Sooyoung, she has done everything. In SNSD, she's a lead dancer, 3rd-4th best and she's also the best singer among the dancers, what she wasn't during their debut. She can also rap, she's been rapping since she was in Route 0. Speaking about Route 0, she's the only member that has been in a group before. She's also a great model, she's extremely good posing and she also has an acting career. As an MC, she was as good as she won an award, and she's the only that has hosted alone. She's also the DJ with the most experience in SNSD. She has learned during this years Japanese and English, and she knows basic Chinese. She has written 2 songs. And she has done this in 10 years.

I agree with DaniMF , I think it's Sooyoung too , she has soo much improved in singing and acting. Her english too

Soo used to be 7 in singing and now she is 6, she used to be 4 in dancing and now she is 3. I think she improved her acting a lot as well as her language skills. But yea , I agree with DaniMF

anyway, Sooyoung, obviously.
singing? much better. and she's now the 6th best on SM's list. plus, her vocal tehcnique isn't that far behind from Sunny. they're pretty equal, tbh
dancing? she was already good but she's now the 2nd best, imo. Yuri isn't doing anything now and Yoona lacks emotion and charisma
acting? again, she was already good but she's even better.
modelling? again, much better
mc? much better too. and she's been working as one for two years already
language skils? better of course. she's practically fluent in english already. plus, she's fluent in japanese and she's is getting better at Chinese.

and so much more...

Sooyoung, overall she is doing a good job in making progress over time. Compare to when she was just a beginner, you can see much of differences there are until now. Her singing definitely has improves, she sings live so much better now. Her dancing skill, I wouldn't say she improves too much, since she is already awesome from the start. After seeing Unstoppable Marriage again, I know she has gotten better in acting.
