I don't like her quite much because of how inelegant she is. Her rude image shouldn't give her a spot in SNSD.

She is kinda rude, but I tend to take it as a joke because she always looks like she's joking,
But she is pretty violent, and I don't really like that much.

^Jokes are usually half-meant. And the way she delivers her jokes are a little off-putting since she usually blurts out the first things that pop into her head. I'd say that she's impulsive imo.

She can be a bit rude and a bit cocky, and because of her scandal with her ex you can also say violent.

lol on the ugly part. I don't find her ugly, she has masculine features and instead of being confident in her looks like she is her dancing, the way she tries to conform makes her look "unattractive" esp her new nose job.

She's a pretty violent person, not exactly in a bad way, but still. I remember in Healing Camp, she exposed this kind of image.

I don't know if she really is "violent", but I don't like the way in which she expresses herself while danicng. Her dancing is too fierce and "hard/heavy", like a hip-hop kind of dancing. It doesn't match SNSD's kind of dancing, but it adds some interesting diffrence, refreshing and surprising moment in a choreography, e.g. in Genie, Mr Taxi, Galaxy Supernova etc.
Still I don't like her style of dancing in which she may express that "violent" side of her :p
