I need help finding a certain weapon.

I can't seem to find the Night Vision Goggles after checking all areas in the game as it alisema on Gtawiki.com.
Does anybody know another place where I can find them?

I can help! Keep in mind that wewe need to make alot of progress in the game before wewe acess to them! They only onyesha up after wewe use them in a mission! I forget wich one! Anyway the easiest one's to find is in Mad dogg mansion kwa the jikoni on the first floor! Thier under the stairs that leads to the large hallway with several rooms!
