The media plays a role in things and this debate is no different. OK, so many Harry Potter/vampire mashabiki (like myself) will probably agree that Edward Cullen is not a real vampire. The only similarities that Edward and other Wanyonya damu have is the liking of human blood. I suppose Meyer was trying to be original, and I don't mean to offend anyone who does like the sparklepyres.

So I am kusoma reasons as to why Twilight mashabiki think Twilight is better than Harry Potter. I just want to make it clear; there is a big difference between liking one series better than another, and one series actually being better than another. I also want to reply to some of the zaidi common ones I've seen.

"Twilight has zaidi love!"
Okay, Twilight does not have zaidi upendo than Harry Potter kwa any means. Twilight has a lot of obsessive lust, which is often mistaken for love, but they are quite different.

Why is their relationship lust? Why isn't it love?

Many Twilighters upendo to say how "Edward and Bella upendo each other sooooo much!" I'm afraid I have to disagree on this point. Their relationship is pure lust, not love.
