No, not really, I just had to say it. Now...what did I give up? Hmmm...nothing that I can think of. My other interests aren't exactly designed to make me maarufu so I have no complaints about Harry Potter in that direction.
Although to be honest I'm not as big a HP shabiki as I used to be, I now just have a mild liking for the vitabu due to the happy childhood memories they awake.

So to get back to the point, I don't feel like I've sacrificed anything for the HP books. They made me happy as a child and as far as I am concerned that makes them invaluable. :)
