Just curious. How many of wewe Potterheads out there are parents yourselfs and teaching your children the ways of Harry Potter?

How old are your children and do they like the HP world au do they choose to ignore the whole thing and have different hobbies.

My son is 7 and loves the HP world his fave character is Dobby and im teaching him to read the HP books.

Well I'm a teenager but I teach my little sister the "ways of Harry Potter". She's 8 and I just got her to start kusoma Philosopher's Stone. I sing the sorting hat all the time and just blurt out bila mpangilio nukuu (in context!) all the time so she knows all about it. We've also watched some of the sinema together. When I have kids I will do the same thing!

My 13 mwaka old daughter loves HP and is always on the look out for new pics etc for me BUT does not apprciate me waving my Sev wand about au trying spells just in case :P when her Marafiki are nearby lol, i'm such a wicked mum although she has a copule of Potterhead Marafiki who do appreciate me :). Oh and i will not enter into twilight debates with her except to try and get in her head, wewe dont need a man au sparkly vampire in your life to be happy lol
However my 8 mwaka old i have molded nicely we are currently kusoma the vitabu at bedtime she joined Pottermore with me, annoyingly getting into Slytherin whilst i was chucked into Hufflepuff!! and will happily walk around waving twigs about and chatter about the films and vitabu asking maswali etc. All 3 though can not understand my Severus obsession lol

My son loves juu Gear too--the UK version. He and my husband snub the US one!
