In my opinion Ron is much better for Hermione in a romantic way, first and foremost because he was the one she was interested in and wanted a relationship with whereas with Harry she wanted and shared nothing other than friendship and that's the level Harry and Hermione relationship remained untill the end because neither of them had romantic feelings for the other. Harry repeatedly made it clear that Hermione was like a sister to him, he never showed any sorts of hints that anything was possible to develop when it comes to his feelings for her and those feelings were limited to appreciating her as a friend, but he never wanted anything zaidi from her (and had he really wanted it we would have known about it considering that the vitabu were written from Harry's POV). Harry could only be her friend while Ron could be both her friend and a romantic interest because Ron and Hermione had mutual romantic feelings for one another.
That being said, I think Harry and Ginny were a terrible match. Firstly, I feel like Harry was simply not ready for a relationship at that point of his life because he had too much on his plate and secondly, if there was anyone that was good for him it was Luna. I simply couldn't bring myself to ship him with anyone else.
Hermione and Ron balance each other out, they make up for one anothers flaws. So in that way, they really are perfect for each other (plus, they are totally cute). Ginny and Harry are both passionate, and that is how they are paired. For Harry, he needed some sort of family/sister persona, which helped him loads. So thats why Harry and Hermione cannot be with each other. They are the best of friends...but they do not have the spark Ron/Hermione and Harry/Ginny have!
I agree that Harry and Ginny were a terrible match because they were incompatible and lacked any build up. I would have prefered for Harry to remain single but I always had a soft spot for Harry/Luna because there was something charming and beautiful about their relationship. Hermione and Ron were perfect for each other imo
I think there was a lot of build up in HBP. Do wewe guys remember in the first potions lesson of HBP Harry smells something flowery that reminded him of the burrow? Then a few chapters later ginny is described as having a flowery scent. Amortenia smells of things that are really attractive to the person, which means Ginny had been growing on Harry for a whole. Personally, I think he started liking her subconsciously in OotP, but misinterpretted his feelings as brotherly.
i like hermione and ron. they're cute together. hermione didnt really have much an interest in harry. they were good Marafiki is all always have disliked harry and ginny as a couple.

Same here. I think Hermione was always interested in Ron romantically, even when they were very young, she never seemed to care about Harry in that way nor did she ever onyesha any signs that she might have had feelings for him other than caring about him as a friend. Ron and Hermione always had something going on between them and their feelings were mutual. Harry and Hermione on the other hand were zaidi of a brother/sister kind of friendship and Harry himself alisema that. And I've always intensely disliked Harry with Ginny, I think they're a terrible pairing with no build up, based on predictable "hero gets the most maarufu girl at school" formula, not to mention Ginny's fangirling and hero worshipping.
Nah I think Ron is best for Hermione. Those two were meant to be ^_^ However I never liked Ginny with Harry. They didn't really suit imo. I was zaidi for Harry and Luna x)

Hmmmm......I think that Ron and Harry are both good for her :) I would've like to see them get together but I don't think either is really better :) She was happy in the end and so was Ron and to me that's all that matters :)
No. I think it has been pretty clear for ages that ron and hermione are ment for each other. Harry and ginny are much better suited! But that's just my opinion :P
I never understood how wewe could ship Harry&Hermione together. It was perfectly clear throughout the vitabu that it was Ron&Hermione. Besides, Hermione is zaidi of a sisterly/motherly figure than anything. Harry even alisema so himself. Besides, what's wrong with Harry&Ginny? Sure, I can understand how people think it's awkward in the movies, but I personally think it was pretty well written in the books.

Though I agree with you, I think it was awkward in the bools to. In the Half Blood Prince Harry keept trieng to tell himself that he just thought of Ginny as a sister. Is that not awkward sinse he loves her?!?!
It makes a lot of sense to why he would think that. He's known her for 5 years, and then he starts having these un-brotherly feelings towards her. Though it's a bit cliché, falling in upendo with your best friend's younger sister, but I enjoyed it. Besides, he isn't sure he's fallen in upendo with her during that time, so it makes sense.
No I don't think that Hermione would have been better for Harry because when Harry gets married to Ginny, then harry gets related to his two best friends. I would upendo for that to happen, have my best friend marry my brother cuz it would be cool to have my best friend to become my only sister (I have 3 brothers and the other 2 have no chance of getting a girl)
Well no... if wewe think about it, the typical thing would have been tthat Hermione end up with Harry. I feel that the imperfections that Ron had and the ability to strive for perfection that Hermione had made them absolutely PERFECT for eachother.
I think that it ended in the best possible way - Harry joins the Weasley family and so does Hermione. Their children are related, which is how it was meant to be. Harry and Hermione were always meant to be close friends, but nothing more.
I do not think Harry was better for Hermione. Harry and Genny were very compatable. Both of them are good with magic, but not too good, and very quiet. Hermione is very good with Ron becouse their both loud, and not afraid to speak their minds.
