My kindergarten teacher gave me the first book when i was 5. Since i was so young, my mom read it to me as my bedtime story. That first night was when I truly joined the ranks of Potterheads around the globe.
I discovered the "world" when my sister wouldn't let me read the vitabu and of course I had to steal them out of her room to read! The vitabu opened up a new world for me and made me dream.......
I was nine when the first movie came out. I saw it on tv and asked my parents but they alisema no because they alisema i was too young. My third grade teacher asked if anyone saw it and half did. During thanksgiving break, my sisters and I were supposed to see it til the tickets were sold out. It came out on vhs and dvd on May 28 (my younger sister's b-day) and I didn't buy the movie til labor day. I celebrited my tenth b-day and I brought it with my b-day money. I watched it and thought the movie was funny. I started to read the first two vitabu and I saw Chamber of secrets the sekunde siku it came out. I started to become obsessed with Harry Potter. I was so glad my parents let me enjoy Harry Potter.

In 1998, when the book came out in America, I was 8. My dad brought it nyumbani and we read it together. I absolutely loved it and have not looked back. I am 22 and have been obsessed for 14 years now. Couldn't have gotten into it earlier.
In 2010 I was on vacation at my aunt's house in South Carolina and she told me about them. I didn't think the series sounded very interesting so I didn't want to read them. My dad spent two days trying to talk me into kusoma them, but I kept telling him I didn't want to. Eventually he just made me read them. I was so mad. I read them and when I got finished with the first book I thought they wouldn't be that bad. I read the sekunde book and started to really enjoy them. When I got done with the series I was deeply in upendo with them. I went back and read them all a sekunde time. The only thing bad about it was my dad would shut up about how he was right. I would just say something about Harry Potter (which was about everything I talked about at the time) and he would say, "Huh, I was right wasn't I? wewe liked them didn't you?" I just walked away so I didn't say anything that would get me in trouble.
