In my opinion, I would say Dobby because when he died, it showed that innocence was broken and nobody was safe.

It was Fred's death which had me starting to feel that JK Rowling was killing people off for the sake of it. I'm not certain if that means Fred is the person I'd bring back, though. Sirius is the character I missed the most. And like others pointed out, Collin Creevey is possibly the one who deserves being saved the most, because of his youth.
