We've all crowded around the window now, but it's too small for all of us to see, so Lily and I get down on our knees and kneel.
The figure of Hagrid is happy, bouncing. He actually sees Hugo and waves at him, and to my surprise Hugo waves back. Maybe he'll still be nice to Hagrid. And I honestly hope he will be, because Hagrid has always been so nice to him - to all of us. Pretty soon, he gets close enough to notice all of us at the window, and we all wave and smile. His smile back is all we need to make us feel better.
Finally Hagrid comes in the door, and we all hug him and Fang. He's so jolly, but he suddenly notices Lily's racking sobs and asks us what's wrong.
I don't feel like telling him, because seeing Hagrid sad might make me cry. Luckily, Victoire steps up.
''Hugo's left,'' She says. His face is puzzled, he doesn't quite understand.
''He's basically teamed up with these two kids in his year..'' She avoids mentioning that they belong to Slytherin. ''And-''
But she's cut off kwa Lily. ''And he's going with them, to make zaidi Horcruxes..THEM. Not even us, his own family. He'd rather spend time with them.''
Nobody speaks. Not even Hagrid. The only sound is Lily howling, crying, pleading for him to come back. And suddenly, a thought comes into my head. When my parents and Harry were out looking for Horcruxes, my father had left. And my mother had cried. And cried. And cried. But finally, my father came back, and although my mother was pissed, she eventually forgave him. Because my father wasn't in the right state of mind.
I just hope that Hugo comes back, too. And fast.

Saturday, Lunch in the Great Hall
I'm beginning to get really sick of silence. Lily's eyes are wandering, she can't seem to focus on anything at all. James keeps looking at her nervously, because he's the oldest and has the most on his shoulders.
I used to be the protector too. But Hugo doesn't need any zaidi protecting: He has his own armor now. I look over at the meza, jedwali he sits at, and Hugo and his two friends, au accomplices, don't seem bothered kwa anything. They act like it's a normal day, just a typical siku at Hogwarts.
But as I've alisema before, Aimee was never one to keep her mouth shut.
''Guys, come on. We haven't talked in..'' She struggles to remember how long. ''At least...''
But she never finishes her sentence.
It's been that long.

Monday, Astronomy, First Period
The weekend seemed to just tick by. As if each sekunde lasted an hour, maybe even two. Lizzie has been guarding her bracelet with her life, because she feels that if it slips into Hugo's hands it'll be all her fault.
''Lizzie, please stop saying that,'' Albus alisema to her at breakfast this morning. ''We know that it's hard for you.''
''Then wewe should understand that I have to do everything in my power to protect it.'' Lizzie has never been one to snap at people, but this whole episode has put everyone on edge.
Our cousins are still living at Hagrid's Hut, but I'm wondering how long it will take for them to leave. They're adults, and have lives of their own. I just hope that when they leave, they at least give warning, because somebody else disappearing would be just great.
Astronomy used to be my inayopendelewa subject. Only because every year, Aimee, Lizzie, and Albus were in my class. They're my best friends. Along with James and Lily, of course. We were exactly like our parents: determined, and pretty reckless.
But Lizzie and Aimee had a different story. Aimee was the youngest of five sisters, none of which were in Hogwarts. They had already graduated, some of them in my cousins' class. Aimee was a half-blood, her father was a wizard and her mother a muggle. Apparently, her mother had always believed in magic, but not as grand as our world.
Lizzie's history was so much different from any of us, though. She's muggle-born, so when she first arrived at Hogwarts, she was wide-eyed and filled with questions. So unlike my mother, who had already prepped herself for Hogwarts. Lizzie only has an older brother that ever since she attended Hogwarts, has been uigizaji 'different'. Lizzie always says ''I think he's afraid I'll turn him into a frog au something.''
For some reason, I'm thinking of this as Professor Dippet explains to us the balance of the Moon and the surrounding stars. But then Professor Dippet assigns us a project.
''I'm going to put wewe into partners,'' He explains. ''And then wewe two will write a paper on the universe's history.'' I wait patiently, listening for 'Rose Weasley.'
And finally, it comes. ''Rose Weasley, with.. Scorpius Malfoy.''
At first I'm too stunned to even move, because.. Scorpius Malfoy? I haven't heard his name in ages. But he doesn't seem fazed at all. He walks over to me, and I'm scared as to what he is going to say.
''So, umm.. the maktaba today? At eight?'' I realize that he's asking about when we should work on the project, and I agree. ''Eight,'' I say, and smile. Sort of.
I just hope that Hugo isn't there when I am.

Dinner, 7:00
Aimee, Albus, Lizzie and I are discussing our partners. Lizzie and Al were put together, and Aimee got stuck with a boy named Thomas Michaels. But suddenly, the name Thomas seems a bit too unfriendly. I look up at the clock in the Great Hall, and notice that it's 7:50.
''I got to go,'' I say. ''I have to meet with Scorpius on our project.'' We say farewell, and I head to the library.
As I get nearer and nearer, my moyo beat starts to beat faster and faster. I'm nervous. Probably word has gone around now: Hugo Weasley (''A Weasley, of all people!'') Has been hanging out with the Weasley's old enemy. I enter, and don't even dare to make a sound. But then, I hear a familiar sound.
It's Hugo's laugh. And it sounds pure, and genuine, like he might be laughing at a joke. But I know now that his laugh can mean a lot of things. I look around, and finally see Scorpius sitting at a corner table, just what I've been hoping for. It'll be harder to notice us in the corner.
''Hi,'' I say breathlessly. ''Sorry I'm kinda late.''
''It's okay,'' He smiles. ''You only got here at 8:02.''
We sit down, and talk about our paper. But soon the conversation just turns to talking about nonsense things, like Quidditch and the latest gossip. It calms me, to my surprise. Just having an easy conversation isn't something I've experienced in ages. It's refreshing. kwa the end of our conversation, we've worked out who's doing what, me doing the first half and him the second.
''Do wewe want to continue tomorrow?'' He asks.
''Sure,'' I say. ''I'm looking mbele to it already.''
We leave the library, both taking a different turn to get to our Common Room.
I find myself truly awaiting 8:00 tomorrow, in the library.

Most people think that Harry Potter is stupid. They're wrong......... They just don't beleive!!! They think Harry Potter is just another Good versus Evil Movie/Book. Well, we think differently....... We say that Harry Potter is inspiring. Having so much pain in his childhood but then finally having the life he wanted. He IS a wizard. He IS a hero. And we are his fans. We are the ones that beleive that the book is not only like our Holoy Bible. But it is how we relieze that there is bad in the world and there is a dark side. We are the ones who believe!!!!!
I thought of all these myself, so don't go saying I copied off of you!
