McGonagall is already one of my favorite HP characters! She's #4 on the whole list to be exact. She is an interesting, complex, and occasionally very funny character. She's amazing, but I wish he knew more about her. Also Lee, Dean, & Seamus.

There are a lot of good characters listed here. I wouldn't mind learning more about Tonks, Lee, Viktor, Aberforth, and McGonagall.

Tonks, i feel she should have a bigger role to play in the film, she seems as though she would have a story to tell or secrets to reveal but who knows...

we know almost nothing about diggory, other than he's in hufflepuff and he's handsome.

I would have liked to know more about his family. He seems like an interesting character.

She probably was a wild child, back in the day.

But I don't really care at all about these characters, to be honest. I would like to know more about Pansy, but just because she hangs with Malfoy :)

I love Viktor Krum! but he wasn't in it much.

We know nothing of McGonagall other than what we see in the present. Who was she before she became a professor. Is she pure-blood or what (not that it matters). What kind of student was she was she like Neville a genus in transfiguration instead of Herbology or was she more like the Weasley twins always causing fun mischief. Did she play on the quiditch team? We know almost nothing about this great character
