One Direction debut single to drop in March

The boyband is recording in LA.

The debut single from One Direction will be released on Sunday 13 March.

The boyband, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Niall Horan,who came third in XFactor, is currently in Los Angeles recording material.

Radio DJs from IN DEMAND announced the news on their Twitter feed starting a six week countdown to the release.

The news that One Direction are already in the studio suggests 2011 could see a whole host of releases from 2010's X Factor finalists. Winner Matt Cardle is busy recording his debut album and Cher Lloyd is also in LA recording.

ONE DIRECTION haven't released a CD yet – but they are well on their way to being the richest teenagers in the country.
The little devils initially pocketed a paltry £8k each when they signed with SIMON COWELL's SyCo label.

They've probably already spent that on Nando's and computer games.

But the lads, ZAYN MALIK, LOUIS TOMLINSON, HARRY STYLES, LIAM PAYNE and NIALL HORAN are now basking in the glory of a £2million investment from the label - making them Cowell's global priority for 2011.

Well, that and his botox regime.

And the cash is now starting to flood in for the five lads with computer...

I harding slept last night. I know its not my party but me and Sarah are so close. It almost seems like its mine and Sarah's. Lots of people will be there and it'll be noisy bu that's what makes it so fun. I woke up in kitanda as usuall feeling really tired as I got no sleep last night. I tried to open my eyes but they just felt really heavy. I had force myself out of bed!

I came nyumbani from school extremely tired! I raced upstairs, chucked my bag on the floor and I lied on my kitanda and shut my eyes. Within dakika I drifted off to sleep.....
I woke up with the sound of mum calling...

At school on tuesday morning, me and Sarah talked and talked about who we were going to invite to the party!
"Deffinatley NOT Rebecca! She'll just ruin it! Becky is so stuck up and self centred!" alisema Sarah as we were waiting outside school.
"Wise words, Sarah!" I replied.
"Have wewe seen how she's been flirting with Zayn?!" asked Sarah.
By the way Zayn is a boy in another form in my year. He's quite hot and hangs round with 4 other hot guys, Harry, (SUPER HOT) Liam, (HOT) Louis, (HOT) Niall (HOT). I never talk to them so I say Harry's hot but his personality might change...

I got up at 8.00am and got dressed. I went into the bathroom, did my make up and fixed my hair in a tight ponytail. I rushed downstairs to have my breakfast. My mum was there as usual, having her own breakfast. After that I brushed mt teeth and headed off to Sarah's house to walk with her to school.
