Yaoi pairings vs straight pairings

I really REALLY hate this topic! xD Fangirls are so fucking unnecessarily extreme sometimes.

Seychelles. <----Hated kwa almost EVERYONE on the Hetalia yaoi fandom only because she has two X chromosomes.

If she were a guy they'd upendo her and pair her with Sealand au France *eyeroll*

Anyway I only support pairings with a historical background to back the relations.


So far ONLY Poland and Hungary have met that. The countries have been on such great terms for the past several centuries they even have a national siku of Polish-Hungarian friendship.

I don't like straight pairings because for some reason girls annoy me. (I am a girl) I feel like yaoi is better for Hetalia. America x England I have a VERY good reason. It's their history. The Revolutionary War made me cry mashua loads of tears. There past was so joyful yet utterly tragic, and now look at them! America is always happy, and England always yelling at France for molesting him au something (FRUK SUCKS ASS) I believe in the red string of fate. America is obviously tied to England if wewe don't see that wewe are not pure enough. wewe don't understand the torture England went through that day...America left him...Alone on the battle field. Covered in blood, mud, and ice cold tears streaming down his face. He tried to get America to turn around, but the tears were to much. England helped America become who he is today. No one can deny it. America was always protecting England after that. If wewe don't see the upendo in that then wewe can go molest France.

I like straight pairings such as AustriaxHungary. Especially because (please don't kill me yaoi fans) I hate yaoi. And I don't like how most of the yaoi pairings are between characters that hate each other in the onyesha au are countries that dont like each other in real life. Most of the straight pairings have historical basis au at least are kanuni, cannon in the series.

PRUHUN ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!! *double rainbow* Also, I usually dislike yoai, because it's extremely overrated kwa shabiki girls. But I must say I like FrUK because their pairing is understandable and they act like they truly like each other deep down. I guess they could be friends, but I think these to couples would be good.

I upendo some Hetalia yaoi pairings. They're fun and cool. But I upendo straight pairings zaidi because they do tend to make zaidi sense because they are canon au historically accurate au both.
For example, I think Germany is straight and I HATE(ALOT) GerIta. No offense to any fangirl who likes this pairing.
Here's why. As Trainofdoom(srry if I got your jina la mtumiaji wrong) said, the time peroid Hetalia was set in, WW2, Hitler,Germany's boss at the time thought gays were evil. So why, WHY!?, would Germany be gay?! Seriously!? HE HATED GAYS. It makes no sense why he would be gay!
Secondly, He and Italy were allies. For two wars(the other being WW1 i think i might be wrong). How does that make them romantically involved?
Third, canonly, Germany IS straight. In the first volume of hetalia, when Finland is giving gifts to everyone for Christmas, in Germany's present is a box filled with magazines. One of the magazine covers is shown, it has a woman with her breasts bared. So the magazines are dirty magazines like Playboy. Any guy who masturbates to naked women is straight. If Germany likes the features of a woman's body and masturbates to that image, he is undeniably straight.
That's why I pair him with Belgium. It's historically accurate because Belgium has been a germanic colony before and some regions of Belgium speak German. She's a character in the show. She's also my inayopendelewa female character.
Ok, enough with that long rant. I also don't like that some yaoi fangirls always rip on the Hetalia women, like they're some kind of disease. I don't like it. The Hetalia women are cool!
That's my answer. I want to hear what everyone else thinks.

I totally agree with you. I don't really like yaoi at all, mainly because of its fandom. I know that this doesn't go for all yaoi fangirls, but sometimes they can be SO annoying.

At first I only saw memes of these kinds of maoni and thought they were funny, but I recently have been seeing actual maoni similar to this and I feel like slapping the computer screen when I do.

Seriously, sometimes yaoi fangirls are extremely immature.

Also, most of the pictures are really inappropriate. I'm going to go into something people my age shouldn't really be talking about, but I feel I must mention it.

It's really disturbing for people like me to be surfing the internet and then suddenly I find a picture of two grown men... having the weirdest fricking sex ever. Seriously.

Additionally they always look like they're in pain au they're sick au something. The smirks drawn on characters' faces aren't the "ooh I'm going to do it with you" type, they're friggin' rapist grins. Nope.I do not want to see that.

For those who bothered to read this, thank wewe so much. :) I just want to say that if wewe like yaoi, I respect people who aren't like those I mentioned above- if wewe like yaoi, that's cool with me. One of my best Marafiki likes some yaoi pairings (just not when they're inappropriate.), so I understand the thought and and, just... don't go out of line with it.

i don't know many other straight couples but i know that i'm not cool with belarus x russia. period.

i dont really mind straight pairings as long as they dont get in the way of the pairings i like. (like for example i dont mind straight pairings with russia because im not like insanely in upendo with any pairing involving him (well i do like rochu, but not enough to not want him paired with someone else). its only when the straight couple really gets in the way of a couple that i absolutely upendo that i dont like it.

and somehow it just ended up being that all the couples that i think are really perfect happen to be yaoi (mostly because the cast is mostly men and also i just tend to like yaoi pairings better than straight pairings in general).

I don't hate the straight pairings for reasons like that, I just don't ship a lot of them because. One a lot of them would be incest pairings and also I can't really see any of them being with anyone. I actually upendo every Hetalia character, even the girls.

There are no TRUE Canon Yaoi pairings except for HRExChibitalia, SuFin, and FrUK. As wewe all probably know, I am one of those people that despises yaoi, but tolerates it if there's only a tiny bit in something. Hetalia is among the "Easily Tolerable" list. All of the others... No. Not Canon. Poland and Lithuania? Lithuania disagrees. USUK? It's not Canon. PruAus? Not Canon. Almost all of the parings are Non-Canon. RoPan, RoChu(We don't know if China's a girl au not.), IggyPan, IggyChu, AmeriPan, RussiaxAmerica, GerIta, USUK, ItaPan, GerPan, FrCan, AmericaxFrance, Spamano, wewe name it... It's most likely NON-CANON.
Why do I know(I'VE DONE MY RESEARCH, YAOI FANGIRLS.) so much about this?

I hate the straight pairing just because yaoi is really hot. I don't like straight pairing in any onyesha not just Hetalia. That doesn't mean I hate all the female characters in Hetalia any character I don't like is because they annoy me. The characters I don't like are China, Latvia, Switzerland and Ukraine so I dislike zaidi guys than girls in Hetalia.

Well when I started out I didn't like the females as much because I didn't know much about them yet and I thought they were kind of boring, but later on I stated to like them a lot zaidi and shipping them and such. I don't ship much that I wouldn't count canon (at least on certain standards) my inayopendelewa straight pairings would have to be PrussiaXHungary au HungaryXAustria and i ship a bit of SeychellesXEngland but my inayopendelewa yaoi pairings are USUK,GerIta and SuFin.

I like straight pairings because I think they're cool, and when it's fanart I'm amazed wondering how did the artist think of that, the incredible work they did and those kind of things. It's like practicing the "fandomology" xD
And... well, I hate those yaoi fanarts where the uke looks zaidi like a futanari girl than a real guy. If I'm going to watch a dude that looks like a girl without breasts and with a penis, being violated with a very manly guy why don't I go and watch hentai anime? It's better, and It's AnImAaAaAtEd~
Actually, I have rules for saving picha in my Hetalia and Hetalia yaoi folders. The first's rules are much zaidi complex than the second's. One of the rules for saving yaoi picha is "2.- Nobody will have a little girl face (except China because he's like that, Italy, Japan and Finland because sometimes there's no other way)."
I like SUPER MANLY, SEXY men being raped until they lose all sense of consciousness and can only think of pleasure, with all of their morals being mutilated, turning these faces into pained and extremely embarrased faces. Ooh, yes.

I don't mind either yaoi au straight, as long as it has good reasons for the pairing, 'cause I am strongly against the whole "eye-candy" couples thing.

And please don't assume that all mashabiki that don't like Seychelles dislike her because she "ruins" the yaoi. Some people don't like the whole bubbly-personality thing. And again, the crazy mashabiki that upendo her because she's "really pretty" and "too cute" to hate.

-IcelandXSeychelles (IceSey) ~ Their personalities are rather conflicting, and they'd probably end up annoying each other. I also hate the mashabiki who go all "Aww, but they look so cute, and even the name is cute~" And it's eye-candy all over again.

-SwissLiech ~ Again, eye-candy. I also thought of them zaidi of as really close siblings. Incest is fine kwa me (RusBel), but this just didn't seem right.

I am as neutral as Switzerland during WW2 on this.

However, whether a pairing is straight au not is not my busniess, because thats the least problem shipping actually have. Historical is always a plus but really, a historical pairing may be zaidi accurate but that doesnt mean it is a better shipping than a yaoi crack pairing.

When it comes to Hetalia straight couples have the majority on my list, however the only yaoi pairing i would consider my otp is germano. Engsey is on sekunde place. Historical shippings are FrUk and...oh, it looks like only Fruk. ( However i feel somewhat guilty of shipping RusAme ... ^^' dear god i talked too much. )

I have about an equal, zaidi au less, amount of yaoi and straight pairings. I mean, I upendo yaoi, there's no doubt about it, but there are some really sweet hetero pairings as well. Like France x Monaco, Seychelles x England, PruHun. I'm probably going to get hated for this, but I really don't care if my pairings are totally historically accurate au not. Sometimes historcially accurate pairings are just like.. "No, please, no." HongIce is my OTP, for goodness sake.

Hetalia has lots of yaoi pairings in it, because, well... pretty much the whole main cast (aside from the female characters) are male, they have cute designs, and since there's so many guys, wewe have opportunities for many pairings.

I'm not a yaoi fan, au shounen-ai in general, but I still find SuFin very cute!

Simple answer, at least for me. I upendo yaoi parings zaidi than straight paring because I'm a girl, so I don't really care for other girls moaning au reacting in any way. I'm not against it since I'm a girl, it just doesn't interest me. With yaoi, there is always one of them who will be uke, so vulnerable and easy to pleasure that it gets me crazy. In other words, I am a seme and upendo seeing uke men, not uke women. Hope it made sense ^_^

I think the reason that yaoi pairings are annoying to me is because the people that ship them think it's canon and attack anyone who doesn't think it is. It also makes it confusing for new Hetalia viewers to be told something that is untrue, such as yaoi pairings.

I ship an equal amount of straight pairings and homo pairings but the straight pairings should get zaidi attention considering the fact most people hate yaoi and it’s a weird fetish to have as a female
