Login help?

hujambo everyone.
I just registered on HexRPG and validated my accont but when I went to login it alisema 'Invalid jina la mtumiaji au password.' All of the info I entered was correct and when I tried to retrieve my nenosiri it just alisema 'Invalid' again. WTF is going on? :'( My info that I entered was definitely correct as I checked it over twice. What do I do? I sent an barua pepe in the 'contact' foramu but they just told me to check my spelling. Why won't it work? :S
