So, I posed the question in link, but I didn't get much of a response. Most of the people that did respond were interested, so I'm going to pose the question again.

Basically, there would be a series of catergories and we would nominate nominees for each catergory and then we would vote.

Let me know what you think. I want to make sure there will be enough people participating before I start anything.
