13: I talked to Simon's parents and they alisema he was a healthy kid. They wanted to know why I needed the information. They didn't buy my story about needing it to put with Rachel's records. I had to tell them.
[House looks back towards Cuddy. House sighs and puts his hand to his brow and rubs.]
House: wewe can't make up one lie. How did Foreman ever believe wewe about going straight! They aren't coming here are they?
13: I don’t' know. I ah.. I'm sorry House.
House: Go to Cuddy's house and use the key under the maua, ua pot. I want wewe to tafuta the House.
[a monitor starts beeping and House turns to see Cuddy jump up. House limps quickly towards Rachels room. Cameron is running in as well. Rachel's moyo monitor is inaonyesha an abnormal blip.]
House: I want an echo done of the kids heart.
Cameron: Get me an echo machine in here stat!
[Cuddy is starting to wobble again. House limps over and steady's her with his arm. House looks at Cuddy who has tears running down her cheeks. House hugs Cuddy as Cameron is staring at them both. The technician wheels the echo machine into the room. House pushes the technician out of the way and grabs the wand.]
House: I'll do it myself. Move..
[House puts some jelly on the wand and gently places it on Rachels chest. Cuddy is observing House and how gentle he is being.]
House: Kid I hope your moyo isn't as cold as mommy's au as soft as Uncle Wilsons. There..You see that.. It’s a hole. A hole in the atrium. She has an ASD. Its pretty big its going to need patched asap. Call Chase get him to prep OR1.
[House puts the wand down and takes some towels and gently wipes the jelly off of Rachels chest. He looks up and see no one is watching and he gently pats Rachels chest. Cuddy turns just as he does this and a small smile creeps on her face.Cuddy gently places her hand on Rachels chest brushing against House's hand. House skins tingles as he feels Cuddy's skin touch his skin.]
Cuddy: Get me the paperwork.
[House's phone rings again. He looks at the screen its 13. House turns and flips the phone open.]
House: come back she has a bad ASD. She is going to need surgery.
13:I found some interesting things here House. Like a cane over in the corner of the bedroom kwa the bed.
House: Get back here.
[Rachel is wheeled up to the surgical suite. Cuddy is in Scrubs watching Chase do the operation from the window. House is scrubbed in and standing in the room with Chase and Rachel observing the operation.]
Chase: House why are wewe in here? wewe don't need to be in here.
House: I just want to hakikisha that I solved the puzzle and make sure wewe don’t screw up.
[House looks at Cuddy with upendo and compassion in his eyes. Cuddy grey eyes stare back at House with upendo and need. Rachel's whole is repaired the surgical team starts closing. House walks back out the au to where Cuddy is standing.He looks back and pulls her kwa the arm away from the window. He hugs her to him and she releases all her air. Cuddy starts crying.House is rubbing her back. Chase looks up momentarily and sees this out of the corner of his eye. Chase smiles beneath his mask.]
House: The kid is going to be okay Cuddy. They fixed the hole. There didn't seem to be to much lung damage. There was a little but we.. ah.. wewe will just have to keep an eye on her lungs for awhile.
[Cuddy is holding onto House shati tightly. She looks up at him. House looks down at Cuddy. Cuddy lifts up on her tipy toes and kisses House gently on the lips. Just then Chase come through the doors. House and Cuddy quickly let go of the embrace]
Chase: ah.. hmm.. Rachel is going to be fine Cuddy. She will need a week au two to recover here in the hospital.

When does upendo become something we need, rather than something we want? upendo was seen as something special a long time ago. Now upendo is what we are expected to have with us everyday of our lives. upendo is common currency when wewe are a teenager, but turns to worthless pennies the older wewe get. Do we not care about the substance of what upendo was and not what it has been made into today kwa commercialisation from American sinema and televisheni commercials and soap operas? Only when we experience upendo for real, can we maoni and judge others who are in Love. upendo means something different to everyone. Not two people’s feeling of upendo is the same. Why do we generalize, rationalize and compartmentalize Love? upendo is and will continue to be an enigma. Only a handful of people will ever unlock it and witness its true beauty and essence. The essence we all crave.
