[House was awoken kwa the sound of his cell phone ringing. Cuddy was nuzzled up against his chest with her dark curls splayed across his chest like a blanket. Cuddy's leg was slid onto the juu of his thigh and her hand was resting precariously close to little little Greg. House smiled and grumbled as he reached his free hand over and grabbed the annoying ringing phone. House flipped the annoyed object open.]
Foreman: House
House: No, I'm not bailing wewe out jail! Someone had better be dying if not then go back to fondling 13 before she starts pinch hitting for the other team.
Foreman: We have a case.

House: TV I'm watching the Lifetime network.
Foreman: Uh. Huh. Well tell Cuddy to tell wewe to get your butt to the hospital.
[Cuddy looks up at House who has a look on his face that is a kuvuka, msalaba between annoyance, happiness, and pain. Cuddy smiles and House rolls his eyes. Cuddy reaches up and kisses him gently on the cheek and rises off the bed. Cuddy grabs her vazi and heads down the hall toward the crying baby. Cuddy enters the room and picks up Rachel. She changes her diaper and gets her dressed for the day. Cuddy picks up Rachel and heads back down the hall to her bedroom. She starts to enter when she sees House sitting on the side of the kitanda rubbing his thigh. House has a slight grimace on his face and his eyes are closed. Cuddy places the infant gently on the kitanda who looks over at House and smiles. Cuddy kneels down places her hand on House's leg where his thigh muscle used to be years ago. House's eyes fly open. Cuddy: Are wewe okay? How is the pain today?
House: It’s the same. Same pain. Always. I'll be fine.
[Cuddy mind travels back to years before when she had to be Stacey's partner in crime and remove part of his thigh muscle. She had always felt such guilt for what she had to do that day. Cuddy knew that House was in pain every siku after that day. All these years she had no idea what it was like to be in pain every morning and have to get up. To walk when your leg is on moto and feels like it was cut off. Cuddy had a glimpse a few times over the past years. Cuddy knew how vunerable House was about his leg.Cuddy knew that House thought his leg was what defined him. Cuddy remembers when he temporarily had relief from the pain with the ketamine injection after he had been shot. Cuddy remembers the methodone that took the pain away but at the cost of his greatest gift. His beautiful mind and intellect. Cuddy still had no idea of the pain until she saw him that first morning trying to get out of kitanda but his leg hurt so bad he couldn't stand. It broke Cuddy's moyo to see him so much pain. House tried not to let it onyesha but Cuddy knew. House was now without his vicodin crutch but he was doing okay. House was working through the pain for himself and for Cuddy and his happy life. House opened his eyes and looked down at Cuddy and smiled. House then put his hand over Cuddy's hand and stilled it.]
House: I'm okay Cuddy. Thank You. Better go and feed the kid she is eyeing my chest pretty suspiciously. I have to get dressed and head in there is a case.
[Cuddy gets up and leans in and kisses House gently on the lips. House gently slides his tongue out and pushes it into Cuddy's mouth. Cuddy sits on his good leg and wraps her arms around his neck. House unconsciously places one hand on Cuddy's stomach. House and Cuddy kisses some zaidi while Rachel lays on the kitanda coing and watching them. Cuddy finally pulls away and kisses House on the forehead. She gets up and picks up Rachel and heads towards the kitchen. House gets up and limps to bathroom with his bag in tow.]
