Ok so I'm not sure that I should be uandishi this as an article, and it's my first makala so it probably sucks but here goes nothing.
I know "Emancipation" was definitely not Huddy(or even Cuddy) heavy at all, but I think the lack of Huddy in this ep is significant. The fact that they are avoiding eachother and really have not had a moment completely alone together since their kiss proves how much it meant to each of them. House especially is afraid to be in the same room with only her, as evidenced in "The Itch" and "Emancipation." He knows that if they are alone together, he will have to talk about his feelings, which might lead to them possibly entering into a "relationship" au just making out again lol. Also, House is just plain scared, he has no idea how to handle his feelings and what to do when confronted with Cuddy, the person who is responsible for those feelings being there.

I also want to talk about Wilson's role in this episode and how he is actually helping House kwa not giving him advice. Some people speculate this is because Wilson has feelings for Cuddy, but I really don't think that is the case. I loved Wilson's passive attitude, because kwa not pushing House to do anything, he is actually making House think about it on his own. When House was talking to Wilson about how he didn't ring either of Cuddy's bells(lol), he sounded disappointed in himself, which was projected when he told Wilson, "You're disappointed." Wilson's lack of input is a way for him to "emancipate" House in a sense. Wilson has always been House's "conscience" but now House is forced to think for himself about what he wants. If House does come to the realization that he wants a relationship with Cuddy, it will be that much zaidi rewarding, because he will have decided it on his own.

Finally, on to the final scene, which is probably my inayopendelewa moment in the episode. The look on his face when he is looking at Cuddy is pure LOVE. That is all I can really say about it, he is so taken kwa her. He stopped whatever he was doing when he saw her, and looked at her so longingly, it killed me. Even when he and Wilson start walking, it takes a little while before House can tear his eyes away from her. I also loved when Wilson asked, "Do wewe want to talk about her?" and House replies, "Nope," because he wants to figure out what he's going to do himself.

So all in all, althought the episode did not have even one House/Cuddy scene, the fact that it didn't makes it zaidi realistic and significant.

Also, OMG I cannot wait for inayofuata week's episode, it is going to be so intense!!

Just a drabble for the ship mwezi fanfiction contest!

He jokes. She laughs.

He rants. She argues.

He denies it.

She denies it.

Wilson would tell wewe they’re still little kids, fighting just to see who would win.

Cameron would tell wewe they’re in love, and fighting’s just his way of inaonyesha it.

He would tell wewe upendo doesn’t exist, just the need for another.

But isn’t that the definition of love? The need for another?

She would tell wewe she may have had feelings for him once, but she’s not sure they exist anymore.

But is upendo something that ever leaves?

She would tell wewe she’s tired of...

A mwezi later.
House was in the office of Wilson while Cuddy was in her office and the kids were with a babysitter at home.
"And how are things going with Mel?" Asked House.
"Well, she's like wewe are just in feminine, yet I upendo her" alisema Wilson.
"You upendo her?!"
"That was what I said?"
House's cell phone rang.
"House"
"Gregory! How nice meeting you, I've been calling your house but there was a woman who told me she was the babysitter and told me to call your cell phone "
"Anabel?"
"Yes, it's me your cousin Anabel, I'm calling because ..."
There was a pause.
"Anabel, what happened ?..."

Summary: Continuation of “Paternity”

House didn’t know how long he’d been standing on that lacrosse field. But the sun had gone down hours zamani and the sky was now pitch black and his breath was visible. He shook his head and downed two Vicodin before finally heading back to his car. He’d be lying if he alisema that his missed his old life. Looking back, college was the best time of his life. Lacrosse, running, tons of girls falling over themselves to get to him, Cuddy…he smiled faintly at those memories. She’d pursued him, but not in that way. She was intrigued...

"Why are wewe here?" House asks as he opens his front door wider.
"I'll tell wewe if wewe let me in." Cuddy says as she unwraps her scarf.
"Fine." He says as he limps to the kitchen.
Cuddy enters the apartment and locks the door behind her. She follows him into the kitchen.
House drinks a glass of bourbon while he leans against the refrigerator. He watches Cuddy unbutton her kanzu, koti and throw it on juu of the counter.
"Your birthday is in a week." She says as she walks to stand in front of him.
He remains silent.
"You should use some of those vacation days and have a week to yourself."
"You could've...

"Drive safe. Goodnight!" Cuddy yelled as her family and Marafiki left for their cars.
Feeling the soft chill of night air on her exposed arms, Cuddy quickly went back inside her home.
She saw all the empty glasses and plates left on the meza, jedwali and various presents scattered around her moto place. It was a lot to clean up, but she decided to wait until the morning. It would be saturday afterall, and she'd be up early with Rachel.
Cuddy smiled at the thought of her little girl. The baby naming ceremony had been fun. Her parents were surprisingly civil to one another, her sister was less judgmental...
