Okay guys this is the first FanFic I have ever done. SO be gentle. It has been on my laptop since a week after "Help Me!" I have considered not posting it, simply because there are so many youngins on FP. But I trust they will be mature enough NOT to read what is NOT appropriate for them.

It is a long one so I have decided to post in 3 chapters, over the inayofuata 3 days.

For the under 18's I trust wewe will exercise the necessary restraint and not read what is not appropriate for you.

The House wewe will find here is the man we have all discovered is a ROMANTIC, the man that adores Cuddy.
_______________________///_______________________

IT’S ALWAYS BEEN YOU!

Groaning he deepened the kiss, using his body he backed her up against the wall. It felt so good to hold her, to finally be able to kiss and touch her the way he’d been wanting to for so long. Kissing her was just the beginning of what he wanted to do with her. His lips soft and warm, House kissed Cuddy. He wanted nothing zaidi than to pull her against his aching body, to let her feel his need for her. Instead he braced his arms against the ukuta and teased her lips open with his tongue. He wanted to kiss her forever, kiss her until neither of them could think anymore. But he knew he had to stop. He didn’t want to rush, what was going to be the most important thing he had ever done. Slowly pulling back, he tried to break their kiss, his lips moving to the corner of her beautiful mouth, before brushing softly against her cheek.

Cuddy, rocked kwa the intimacy of the moment, and not ready to loose it, turned her face to follow his mouth, wanting more, zaidi of his kisses, zaidi of HIM. House, never even for a second, considered denying her anything ever again, eagerly sank back into their kiss. Parting her lips allowing him to dive his tongue into her mouth she pulled him closer. Wrapping her arms around him she pressed herself against the length of his body. Kissing him back, with as much passion, as what he was kissing her. Eventually the kiss ended, both of them, breathless, they stared into each others eyes.
“Wow, she whispered looking up into his blazing blue eyes, “if I’d known you’d kiss me like THAT, I’d have kissed wewe long ago.”
Looking down at her, he smiled a little self consciously.

Sliding his arms around her he held her close. His hands stroking up under her shati he caressed the smooth skin of he back. Resting his head against hers he simply enjoyed the feel of her in his arms. Cuddy lifted his koti, jacket and T-Shirt so that she could run her hands along the muscles of his back. His skin was hot the muscles jumping under her touch. They stood quietly holding onto each other, and as the sun broke through the darkness to start a new day, House through back to what had happened in the past few hours.

When he’d left the hospital, he was angry and hurt. All he could think of was making it go away. Then he remembered the Vicodin he’d hidden behind the bathroom mirror. Deciding it would be easier to deal with the pain of loosing Cuddy if he flooded his brain and body with drugs. He could return to that familiar haze he had existed in for so long where NOTHING could hurt him again.
The pain of finding out she was going to marry Lucas, was staggering! But it was nothing compared to the agony of hearing her angry “I don’t upendo you,” THAT had stolen his breath, almost bringing him to his knees.

He wanted to scream, rail at the world. Hadn’t he done everything right? He respected her choice of Lucas, even if it had almost killed him. He’d been the bigger man. YES, he’d never let her forget how he felt about her, that HE wanted her, but he had done it gently. He made sure she’d seen and understood how much he had changed. But still she chose Lucas. In that moment, between all the pain and misery surrounding them, he hated her, hated her zaidi than he had ever hated anyone in his life! He hated her so much that he had endangered his patient, just to make her life as difficult as he could. It consumed him to the point he had even forgotten his own physical pain.

Sitting alone on the bathroom floor, his eyes filled with unshed tears, he had, had only one thought. “Why can’t she upendo me, why won’t she upendo me?” Now she was here in his arms, and he couldn’t remember ever being happier to see anyone. Not because he had expected her to say what she had, on the contrary he had prepared for another fight. But because her arrival had stopped him from taking the Vicodin he had in his hand. He had been terrified as he sat there contemplating the inayofuata step. Terrified of what he knew would happen if he took the pills, but even zaidi terrified of the pain and misery he knew would floor him, watching her slip away from him, again.

Standing in his arms, her head resting against his broad chest, listening to the rhythm of his heartbeat, her eyes closed, she relaxed against him. She still could not believe how close she had come to giving him up, to turning away from him forever. Rubbing her face against his chest she smiled softly, all she knew for sure, was that she loved him, this crazy, impossible, brilliant, sexy man. She loved him zaidi than she thought possible, but never wanted to admit it, until she had almost Lost him. Now she was standing here in his arms having told him she loved him, him ready to forgive her everything.

Bringing her hands round she slowly slid them up to his chest. Then further up to his shoulders. As she did her hand brushed against his injury, making him flinch. Pulling back she cupped his face, “I need to clean that wound and re-bandage your shoulder.”

Releasing her, House stepped back, his strong arms hanging at his sides. He could care less about his shoulder. He wanted to drag her back into his arms, kiss her until she begged him to stop, but he knew the moment had passed that he had to let her tend him, if he ever wanted to get out of the bathroom. The thought of her touching him, as she cleaned and tended his wound, made him smile.
“What are wewe smiling about?”
“Nothing”
“Really, wewe are smiling at nothing? Only crazy people smile at nothing!”
That made him smile wider. A real smile, one she had not seen for a very long time. A smile, which went all the way to his beautiful blue eyes, and dimpled his cheeks.
Smiling back she shook her head, thinking I upendo him, I always have.
“What are wewe smiling at?”
“Me?”
“No, the other sexy woman I have standing in my bathroom, YES you!”
Looking into his eyes again she said, “You think I’m sexy?”
Frowning he answered, “You going to try and make me believe wewe never knew, NOW what are wewe smiling about?”
“I was just thinking that I may need to call Dr Nolan, what with wewe smiling at nothing, I am a little concerned. I could not possibly be in upendo with a crazy person, could I?”
Stepping forward, forcing her back against the wall, he lowered his head, kissing her quick and hard.
“Let’s not involve Dr Nolan, he knows too many of my secrets already.”
“He does?”
“Yes, now enough of this crazy talk, au I’ll have to throw wewe out.”
Cuddy looked at him with raised eyebrows.

“Now, I’m going to clear away this mess and glass and take a shower, then Dr Cuddy wewe can administer to me, any treatment wewe see fit. But for now just keep me company.”

House quickly cleared away the broken glass from the bath tub. Standing the frame in the corner inayofuata to the basin, he rinsed the debris away. Cuddy offered to help but he insisted she leave it to him. He didn’t want her to risk getting cut kwa the glass. Cuddy watched as he knelt inayofuata to the bath, and could not help but notice how awkwardly he was moving. She knew his leg must be hurting. Using his arms he lifted himself of the floor and turned to her.
“So what are wewe going to do while I take a shower?”
Not waiting for her answer he said, “You could jiunge me wewe know.”
She watched as he stripped of his jacket, dropping it to the floor, his T-shirt came of too. She watched as he pulled it up over his head, exposing his stomach, chest and strong shoulders. The sight of him made her kumeza hard. He was big and powerfully built. His trainers and socks went next, and there he was, standing in just his jeans. His chest and ribs were scratched and bruised from crawling around in the rubble and dirt. He was smeared in his own blood, from having the building collapse on him. But even with all that she had to admit, she had never seen a zaidi beautifully made man. Smiling inwardly she realized that she really was in love.

House had been watching her, watching him undress, and now she stood staring at him, like she had never really seen him before, the look on her face making him long to reach for her. Needing to do something, he said, “Like what wewe see Dr Cuddy?”
Looking at him she said, “Oh YES, Dr House!”
Slowly he loosened his jeans and let them drop low on his hips. The slightest movement from him and they would fall to the floor.

Cuddy bit her lip and sighed. “I am going to make coffee; I’ll be waiting in the living room once you’re done.”
As she turned away from him she heard his jeans hit the floor and him whisper, COWARD!”
Laughing she kept walking, she knew that if she turned around au stayed she would end up naked in the kuoga with him, admittedly she wanted that just as much as he did. But she needed to see to his wound first, besides she felt a little bruised herself, after the events of the last 48 hours. First Lucas’s proposal followed kwa a long siku at the hospital, then House’s, “house warming gift,” the Trenton catastrophe, and if that was not enough she had to deal with an angry, hurt and emotional House.

As she made coffee she thought of the conversation with Lucas. He had been devastated, when she sat him down and told him “it” was not going to work. He had begged her to re-consider, he told her he understood how she felt about House. That he realized she would probably never upendo him as much as he loved her, but that he was positive aliyopewa the chance he could make her forget all about Gregory House. She had tried to explain to him that the only way that would happen was if she moved away. Seeing House everyday would be too difficult. He had agreed and suggested they do exactly that, songesha away, and start fresh somewhere else, together.
They were both in tears, and it had been the most emotionally difficult conversation she had ever had. But eventually he had realized it was over and left. The realization she could not possibly live without House in her life, that she did not want to live without him, had left her shaken and exhausted.

Sitting on the kitanda sipping her coffee she heard him moving around in the bedroom. His footfalls were heavy and uneven. She remembered he had left his cane behind when he had jumped into the ambulance, magari ya wagonjwa to escort Hannah to the hospital. He must be aching kwa now she thought. She was surprised he was still walking at all. That, made her wonder if in fact, he had taken any Vicodin before she arrived. She doubted it, but she was going to ask him.
Cuddy looked up as House limped into the living room. He was barefoot, wearing a fresh pair of jeans, which unsurprisingly, he had not bothered to button. He was clean, horribly bruised, but all man and totally gorgeous. His hair was wet and disheveled, thankfully he had not shaved and the hair on his chest was damp and dark against his skin. She could not take her eyes of him. He just stood there watching her look at him, as he moved toward her, her brain snapped back, shaking her head she tried to pull herself together.
“Where is the medical kit,” she asked jumping up.
“Hall closet, in the blue box,” he replied as he dropped heavily into the couch.

Cuddy grabbed the kit and quickly went to the jikoni to get him a cup of coffee. Taking the cup from her he sat mbele so that she could treat him. Standing between his legs she used the anti-bacterial swabs to clean the wound. She tried not to stare down at him as she worked, but failed miserably. Feeling her gaze on him, House looked up into her sparkling grey eyes. Her look, instantly heating his blood.
“I could stand, that way wewe can have a better look!” Moving to put his cup down and get up. He was enjoying teasing her.
“House, NO! Sit still, I need to patch wewe up so I can get home.”

THAT stopped him, she heard him quietly growl his displeasure at the thought. Sitting mbele again, facing the woman he adored, he tried not to flinch at the sting of the anti-bacterial medication.
“I cleaned it in the shower,” he alisema between clenched teeth.
“I know, but I need to make sure it does not get infected.”
House tried to relax, to enjoy her touch. Every part of his skin her fingers touched au lightly brushed against was tingling. Closing his eyes he licked his bottom lip, releasing a sigh. He felt her fumble and new that she was just as affected kwa him as he was kwa her. He had seen it in her eyes and now he felt it in the tremble of her hands.

Cuddy watched as his tongue slowly ran along his bottom lip, her eyes widening as he sucked that same lip into his mouth. She was so distracted kwa his incredible mouth that she stopped treating his shoulder. Realizing, not for the first time, she wanted him, just as much as he clearly wanted her. Judging kwa the rather obvious bulge, in the front of his jeans, a bulge he was not even trying to hide. Just then House opened his eyes and looked up at her. What they saw as they looked at each other made them both dizzy with desire.

Hoping to distract them both, he took a deep calming breath and quietly said, “Tell me what happened with Lucas.”
Cuddy was so shocked she pressed down on his shoulder wound so suddenly it started bleeding again. “Sorry,” she whispered, tending him zaidi gently.
“Why do wewe want to know House? Isn’t it enough that you’ve won, do wewe want to take some kind of perverse pleasure in his pain?”

Reaching for her, he gently pulled her forward, resting his head against her stomach. His hands, stroking, up the backs of her legs, he could feel their toned shape through her trousers. He closed his eyes and said, ”No, that’s not it at all, I was just interested, since I’m probably the only person in the world, that knows exactly what he is feeling right now.”
Loking down at the juu of his head she frowned then pushing him back so she could finish cleaning and bandaging his wound, she said, “this could do with a stitch au two.”

“Use the surgical strips they do the same thing.”
“This is going to hurt,” she alisema as she pinched his skin together and taped the wound, quickly covering it with a dressing.
Using another swab she cleaned and disinfected the scratch on his nose and the scratches on his cheek.
Cuddy cleared away the bloody gauze and put the kit back in the closet. House sipped his coffee and watched her songesha around the room. As she did, he realized that he wanted zaidi than anything for her to stay.
He wanted, NO, needed her close.
Joining him on the kitanda with a fresh cup of coffee, she said; “I’ll tell you, but I want wewe to answer my maswali first.”
Without any hesitation, he said; “what questions?”
“How much pain are wewe in right now, and did wewe take any Vicodin before I got here?”
“No, I didn’t take any Vicodin, and my leg hurts pretty badly. BUT I took some Ibuprofen after I showered.”
“Next question?”

“Why do wewe want to know about Lucas, if not to gloat?”

So he though; the moment had finally arrived.

Looking down at his feet he said, “I told you, I know what he’s feeling. I have felt that way for the past year.”
Turning toward her he continued. “Longer, I know what it feels like seeing wewe with another man, knowing he is taking care of you, making wewe happy, touching you, kissing you, making upendo to you, and not being able to do a damn thing about it.”
Still looking at her he took a sip of his coffee. She was looking back at him with a strange expression on her face.
Before he Lost his nerve, he said; “Sweetheart, I know what it feels like to upendo you, and loose you, it happened to me, twice!”

Cuddy was stunned, she had never seen him like this, nor had she ever heard him talk like this. Yes, she had seen him be gentle and loving with Stacy, she had even heard him tell Stacy he loved her. But he had never spoken to HER like this before.
Putting her cup down she crawled to him, taking his cup out of his hand she put it down and climbed into his lap, pushing him back against the kitanda she lowered he mouth to his and kissed him softly on the lips. Their lips and tongues teasing and tasting, they kissed with long, slow kisses. Straddling his hips she felt his very real need for her, feeling her own heat pool low in her belly.

Holding her down House ran his hands along her legs, up her back and into her hair. Fisting his hands he pulled softly, as her head dropped back he kissed her neck. Stamping kisses along her jaw, and down to the throb of her pulse at the base of her throat. Cuddy moaned as he licked at her skin, before moving to her ear. He sucked her earlobe into his mouth. Turning her mouth toward him she whimpered as he brought his mouth back to hers. Again their tongues Tangled and dueled in their mouths. House was aroused and hard under her, she felt him adjust his position so that she was pressed firmly down on him. As she moved, he gasped into her mouth; “I want you.” Cuddy was just as aroused as he was, and knew it would not take much for them to end up naked on the floor au even here on the couch. Their heated bodies straining to get closer. Kissing him along his jaw to his ear she said, “God, House, I want wewe too, but I’m dirty and tired and I need to get out of these scrubs.

House dropped his head back against the back of the couch, eyes closed he tried to catch his breath. “Are wewe going to leave me here like this, turned on, horny and desperate?”
“Hey, look at me.”
House opened his eyes and looked at her, “I’m just as turned on, horny and desperate as you, but I have not been nyumbani for 24 hours and I have to see to Rachael.”

‘I don’t think so!”
“You don’t think so what?”
“Nothing, don’t worry about it, I’ll deal with it myself.”
“Deal with what, THIS?” she asked as she pushed herself against him.
“Mmmm, yeah, I’ve waited this long and dealt with it myself for this long, I am sure I’ll manage.” He alisema closing his eyes again.
“Are wewe trying to tell me wewe have not been with a woman, for how long?”
“Yes, that’s what I am saying; I have not been with anyone in a year!”
“I don’t believe you, and open your eyes I want to see you!” she said, poking him in the chest with a finger.
Slowly lifting his head he looked at her through hooded eyes. She shifted in his lap making him suck in a sharp breath.
“Keep still, will you, I don’t know how much zaidi I can take, and if wewe don’t believe me ask Wilson.”
“How would he know?”
“I lived with him remember.”
“Yes, but he was not with wewe every dakika of every day. And besides he will agree with wewe no matter what.”
“Okay, fine. Don’t believe me. But I know what I know and that’s all that matters.”
“Why?”
“Why, what?”
“Why have wewe not been with anyone in so long?”
Looking at her House decided that if it was going to make her stay he would tell her. Staring straight into her eyes he said; “I wanted you, and only you!”

She could see his pulse beating in his neck; she put a hand over his moyo and felt it banging in his chest. He really was having a hard time, and her position was not helping matters for either of them, their bodies, unconsciously rocking toward the other. Gliding her hands all over his chest and shoulders she alisema quietly; “House, look at me. I did not say I don’t want to make upendo with you. I do, zaidi than wewe know. All I alisema is I am dirty and tired, and I want nothing zaidi than to have a kuoga and change. I want to make sure Rachael is settled and then I can concentrate completely on YOU.”

As she spoke he ran his hands up her legs, when he got to her hips he caressed her low on her stomach with his thumbs. Watching her face he slid his hands down so that they were between her legs, and using his thumbs he quite deliberately rubbed them against her most intimate self. It was her turn to gasp as he increased the pressure of his hands between her legs. “Oh, that feels good,” she moaned as she rocked her hips against his hands. Closing her eyes she enjoyed his touch, her hands on his bare chest, clenching to lightly scratch his skin. He kept his hands on her, watching her, enjoying the fact that she was not as in control as she would like.
Smoothing his big hands up under her shati he slid them up her sides along her ribs, cupping her breasts he flicked his thumbs over her tight, hard nipples.
Leanigh mbele he kissed her chin then the side of her neck; “Cuddy, I can’t take much zaidi of this, please I don’t want to dry hump you, we are not kids anymore. I want wewe naked, gasping and writhing under me.”
They were both trembling and desperate, their breathing fast and shallow.

Cuddy knew that if she stayed where she was much longer she was going to be able to resist him. Already her body was humming with need. Leaning mbele she kissed his neck, her tongue darting out to taste his skin. Right now she wanted nothing zaidi than to strip him naked and take him to bed. But she needed to see to Rachael first. Yes, she’d do that and come back. Into his ear she moaned; “are wewe are trying to distract me?”
“God YES, is it working?”
“You know it is, and I've been distracted kwa wewe for years.”
“Me too! Are wewe staying?”
Pulling her down even harder he rocked his hip up into her.
“No, I’m going nyumbani sort out my child, take a shower, have a rest and then I am coming back here and we are going to finish what wewe started!”
“Nooooooo!” he moaned loudly.
“Yes, now let me up, the sooner I leave the sooner I can get back.”
House closed his hands over her hips and held her down. “Kiss me!”
She did, and THAT just got them both hot all over again.
“I need to go, NOW!”
“This is ridiculous,” he groused.”

Loosening his grip but not letting go he just sat here watching her. Lifting herself of and away from his was a little tricky, mainly because he was not making it easy nor was he helping.
Walking over to his dawati she reached for her keys and phone. As she turned back to kiss him goodbye she found him standing right behind her. She could never understand how he could do that. He could get right up against her before she even knew he was there. It made her crazy; she would feel him, smell his manly scent at exactly the same time.
“I’ll see wewe later, get some sleep,” she alisema as she reached up to pull him to her for a kiss. She kissed him softly on the lips and turned to go. Against her lips he moaned, "you think I can sleep when I'm THIS hard?"
Suddenly his arm came around her waist and she was pulled back against him. His other arm came over her shoulder and pressed her closer.

“Please stay,” he whispered in her ear.
“House,” don’t make this harder than it already is.”
“Is leaving hard?”
“You know it is! I’ve just told wewe I upendo you.”
“Then stay, I swear I won’t touch you, well not unless wewe beg,” his warm breath tickling the skin below her ear. “I need wewe here, with me. I have waited so long to have wewe in my arms.”
“But, Rachael”
“Is salama at home, with her nanny! That is her normal daily routine. wewe are not there during the day. I know wewe miss her and feel bad because wewe spent last night away from her, but sweetheart PLEASE, give me, give us a little time alone.” Moving her hair he kissed her softly in her neck.
That was all it took. Turning in his arms she kissed his lips. “How can wewe want me, I'm covered in dust and grime. I have never been this dirty in my life and I have nothing clean to wear.”

The relief in his eyes, knowing she was staying made her moyo skip. His hands in the mean time had dropped from her waist and were now very slowly stroking her backside.
“Woman I’ve always wanted you, and I like it when you’re dirty. Now go take your shower, clean this gorgeous body so we can get some rest.”
A quick kiss and he stepped back. As she turned he continued; "you are not going to need anything to wear, but I left something on the kitanda for you, just incase.”

The inayofuata morning his leg pain wakes him up and he gets out of the kitanda to look for the bottle of vicodin. Cuddy wakes up and looks at him in silence from the bed. He can’t find it and is looking for it everywhere when she finally speaks.
‘What are wewe looking for?’
‘Vicodin... wewe know where is it?’
‘I gave wewe the bottle yesterday.’
‘Well I don't have it now!! Can wewe help me to look for it?’
‘Sure...’ She stands up to help him but they don’t succeed. ‘Maybe I have any in my purse. Wait a minute.’
‘Right...’ He wait for her sat on the edge of the bed.
‘I just have...
