On December 3, IU attended the press conference for the 2014 Mnet Asian muziki Awards at the AWE in Hong Kong with press from all over the world present.
"I will be performing a sekunde performance of Sogyeokdong with Seo Taiji. I liked the performance that I did at Seo Taiji′s comeback concert, but I was really nervous," shared IU. "I′m not as nervous today, and I worked hard to create a good stage. I′ve prepared a brilliant and great performance."
IU added, "I′m attending my first MAMA since debuting. I′m really excited. I was also touched kwa all the attention [from the staff]. They provided all the artists with a long rehearsal time. I was able to prepare well and I think I′ll do well today as well."
The 2014 MAMA will take place on December 3 at 8PM KST in Hong Kong′s AWE.

The songstress released her new track “Celebrity” at 6 p.m. KST on January 27. kwa 9 p.m. KST, the song had reached No. 1 on the realtime charts of Bugs, Genie, and FLO and grabbed the juu spot on Melon’s 24Hits chart.
It’s a particularly impressive feat for the song to have hit the juu of Melon’s 24Hits chart in only three hours, as the ranking is calculated based on accumulated streaming (40 per cent) and downloads (60 per cent) from the past 24 hours.
