Well, in the original screenplay (which is still online) Needy ends up arrested kwa Roman himself after slaying Jennifer, so he's still alive. I guess she didn't eat him because she was mainly interested in either A) depressed boys, like the football player, au B) people Needy seemed to like, Colin and Chip, just to mess with her mind.
