From December 11th to December 20th her official fancafe held a kura ya maoni for her official fanclub name. The choices were Banilla, JUNE, Lo.el, Fantasy, and Junilla.
After tallying all the votes, her mashabiki voted for the name ‘Banilla’, which is a play on the world ‘vanilla’ as well as the combination of Juniel’s first guitar, gitaa Bbanini and her first Korean song “Illa Illa“. The name means that her mashabiki will be her first upendo and the precious people that will always be kwa her side.
