No contest (imo)!

Charlie is my second favorite in the show; he's cute, funny and has an amazing character-growth story arc. Sawyer is near the bottom of my list of favorites. I liked him all right at first, but by season four I just didn't anymore. Also, he kind of killed Sayid (my favorite character and the character I had a major crush on while lost was playing) so I have a hard time liking him for that reason alone - even though it's biased.

Right, I don't particularly like Sawyer either, her was kind of an arse to everyone in season 1. Charlie's one of my favorites as well.
