I'm never sure about anything on Lost... lol!

I have a feeling its gonna be Desmond.

He was told by Eloise the island 'wasn't finished' with him yet, and the fact that Jacob shrugged it off and said 'Dosen't matter, he'll find it' leads me to think that he'll once again accidently SAIL right to it.

And I'm also fairly certain the ones that "were coming" came. They are the candidates themselves.

I don't think that the people who were coming were the candidates since at the time Jacob said that, the candidates were already on the island for a while, maybe he meant coming to the right time again but I doubt that that would be important enough to say and I felt that he was more talking about a place than a time.

I'm thinking that it can't be that the people he said were coming and the person who was coming to the island last episode are different from each other. It doesn't really make sense that they're in now way related to each other even though they're both coming to the island and Jacob knew about them.
But Like OceanCoast I do think it's going to be Desmond who's coming to the island but maybe he's just one of the people who are coming(back) to the island and that the rest Jacob was talking about will come later. I don't know, I could just be completly wrong here too:)
