I don't think so. It'd be perfect in the sense they both steal and like jewels and stuff like that, but Rouge would steal from Manic, Manic from her. It'd be chaotic.

But she'd probably disaprove of his appearence and ways, as he's more 'unkept' apposed to the silent, strong guardians like Knuckles and Shadow that she's just so into. He'd be dropped like a stone, and he'll eventually see she's not worth it because she's not interested. Thus begins a thieving rivalry or something of the matter."
