"Who Is It" question..

Okay so, not to sound completely stupid au anything but what the heck is the muziki video for "Who Is It" about? My aunt and I still can't exactly figure it out. I mean, is the girl going around with so many different guys that he doesn't know who she's sneaking around with? au is she just a hoe? Haha, au are we completely wrong? Just wondering. I think the name cards are for the person they are dating and the Alex(the girl) was just another part of his "collection". It looks like the girl came back for him after he left too.
