So.. from what i know, the rules of HTWF are saying that in the case of death of MJ the persons who should care about the Hea the world foundation are Branca and McClain which are his representatives.
But in this moment Branca and McClain have anything to do with HTWF :(
A woman - Mellisa Johnson - is the director and the officer of MJ's foundation; she is using MJ's name and pictures on HTWF site saying that Michael told her to do so.

link I heared that legally this is not right; she has no right to do this because of the rules of HTWF. I hope the Estate will make something with this :(
I have no idea if this woman use the money from the donators for the charity ot for other things..
But it's not right for someone else to use MJ's name like this :( only the Estate can do it.. and when MJ's kids will grow up.. they will take care of HTWF.
