Miley, who was seen smoking what she claimed to be the legal herb salvia out of a bong in a video last year, proclaims herself a stoner in a newly released video.
The video, obtained kwa The Daily, was allegedly shot at the former Hannah Montana star's private 19th birthday party in Los Angeles. In the video, Cyrus is presented a cake featuring Bob Marley kwa Kelly Osbourne. "You know you're a stoner when Marafiki make wewe a Bob Marley cake," Cyrus is seen saying. "You know wewe smoke way too much f------ weed."
Osbourne, 27, then jokes, "I thought salvia was your problem, Miley?"
