My Little gppony, pony Friendship is Magic Time Paradox

In the episode It's About Time, what caused the first Twilight Sparkle to worry about a disaster, because if she told herself about it, how could the original Twilight know, because the only way it would be possible is if they were in a continual loop, which isn't true, because then they would only have that one week repeating over and over again, which defies all laws of time and space??? My Little Pony, creating time paradoxes since 2012.

Well, what I'm thinking is that Princess Celestia sent the first Twilight Sparkle to warn past Twilight about not to worry about anything.
