Aqua had to stay with Blue Fedora for about a week before she was finally healed. She sat on Blue Fedora’s couch, waiting for him to get ready to come with her. “Hurry up, Fedora. Everypony must think I’m dead kwa now.” She called. “Okay, hold on a moment… okay, I found some money to buy train tickets with.” He said, trotting down the stairs. “Finally. Now I can go home. I hope Fluttershy took care of Quaky for me.” She said, hopping off the couch. “Now Aqua, your minor injuries have healed, but your wing is still broken and your stab wound on your shoulder needs a little zaidi time to—stop scratching the stab wound! Do wewe want it to open up again?” he alisema as she started to scratch at the scar sewn shut on her shoulder. “Well, I’m sorry! It itches! Now, can we go instead of standing around all day?” she snapped. “Yeah, just take it easy, though. wewe don’t want to be hurt zaidi than wewe already are.” He said, putting a black fedora with a blue jay feather sticking out of it on his head. He trotted out the door with Aqua following, and she gazed around at the grand city, and the ponies that dwelled within it. “The ponies here look really… uppity.” She said. “Yeah, I guess they are. I’ve lived here all my life, so I guess I never noticed it.” he said. They trotted up to the train station, and Aqua Marine waited patiently for Blue Fedora to get the train tickets. He trotted up inayofuata to her, and waited with her. A few dakika later, the train screeched into station, and the doors opened, and ponies started flowing off the train as others got on. “Come on, Aqua.” He said, trotting mbele to get on the train. He handed the conductor the tickets as Aqua picked a kiti, kiti cha and sat down. Blue Fedora sat inayofuata to her. Aqua stared out the window all the way back home, looking at all the sights flashing by.
The train pulled into Ponyville, and Aqua trotted down the road, grateful to be back in a familiar place. Suddenly, she was crowded as Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Rarity, Peak, and even upinde wa mvua Dash gathered around her, all talking at once. “SHUT UP!! One at a time, please!” Aqua shouted, stamping her hoof on the ground. “We were so worried when wewe went missing, Aqua! Where were you?” Peak said. “Yeah, and are wewe all right, sugarcube? wewe look kinda beat up.” applejack said. “Oh dear, your mane looks simply awful! wewe must let me fix it up.” Rarity then said. “Guys, it’s all right. I just sorta… bumped my head, fell down a gorge, and floated down a river, unconscious. Blue Fedora here saved me.” She said, stepping out of the way to onyesha the blue unicorn standing behind her. “Er… it was nothing…” he alisema nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. “Sugar, wewe saved another pony’s life! THAT’S nothing?!” applejack said. “Um…” Suddenly Pinkie Pie hopped up. “Ooh! You’re cutie mark’s a hat! What’s your special talent?” she randomly said. “My what? Oh, my special talent is making and decorating hats.” He said. Pinkie Pie giggled, and upinde wa mvua Dash burst out laughing. “What?! What’s so funny?” he said. “Well, wewe see, making hats ain’t really… common… for stallions.” applejack explained, holding back laughter. “Oh, I don’t really think it’s funny. It’s a wonderful talent.” Fluttershy said. “I agree with Fluttershy. It is a very respectable talent indeed.” Rarity said. “Rainbow, Pinkie, stop laughing! You’re making him uncomfortable.” Twilight snapped. “Yes, Twilight.” They moaned.
“I never even wanted to make hats.” Blue Fedora grumbled to Aqua as she showed him around Ponyville. “I wanted to be a detective.” Aqua looked at him sympathetically. “Well, um… I can see why it bugs wewe that… oh, never mind. I’m not good at that type of thing.” Aqua said. He snorted and rolls his eyes. “Figures. So, were wewe born in Ponyville?” he asked. She lifted an eyebrow at him. “What? No! Yous ain’t evah seen anypony mo’ Manehattan than me.” She alisema in a mock accent. He laughed. “I’m glad I have wewe as a friend, Aqua.” He said. She blushed, feeling embarrassed. “Oh, I wouldn’t exactly say friends… zaidi like good acquaintances.” She said. “Oh, well…” Blue Fedora said, feeling a little let down. “Oh, fine. I’ll consider wewe a friend. Now, let’s go to Sugarcube Corner. They have great cupcakes.” Aqua said, trotting away with her new friend following.
