Centaur
dragonsmemory picked Centaur:
Centaurs, along with dragons and few others, posess the power of Foresight, what humans call seeing the future. They are wise creatures, yet they do not share everything that they know. Accordingg to their logic, knowledge is earned, not gained.

Hydra
dragongirlkatie picked Hydra:
Hydras are awsome dragons. Just dont ever cut off the heads
they mainly have up to 3-7 heads but they can han have over a thousand heads and for every head u cut off 2 more will grow back.
Only the midle head breaths fire.

okay if its Greek mythology then i would love to be a siren

their beautiful creatures who are like half bird half human and use their beautiful voice to call people to them and kill them, also dragongirlkatie hydra's can only have up to 9 head's and if two heads are cut of then 2 more heads will grow back if one is than it would result in 2 heads coming back also the middle is immortal and only has venomous poison and breath, sorry but i am studying mythical creatures and urban myths so i do know alot about them

Hydra
NordicVeronica1 picked Hydra:
As a trained student in Greek mythology, I find the Hydra the most interesting. It's often depicted as a dragon, but I always imagined it more purely snake-like. It's body is supposed to be larger than an African elephant - so I find it would be hard for the poor creature to fly, anyway. However, fearless_wolf, I don't know where you got the information that the middle was immortal and could breath poison. Since the head of the middle Hydra is connected with the body, wouldn't that make it *all* immortal? It just doesn't make sense to me that only one part of the body would be immortal. Also, I don't think there's any limit to the amount of heads a Hydra can grow back. If you cut off one, two more grow back. Traditionall, I think, the Hydra starts out with four heads. If all of those are cut off, you now have a Hydra with eight heads. But that doesn't mean, if you cut off those two, that *four* more will grow back.
Sorry for the lecture-like wonderings.
