When Naruto uses his "sexy no jutsu", does he actually transform into a woman au is it just a visual illusion?

I was thinking of comparing him to Ranma, but it's been a while since I've seen the onyesha and I've forgotten technical details.

Well in the onyesha Naruto is told kwa I belive Jiriya that Genjutsu (Illusions) isn't really his style. And that Ninjutsu (Ninja tecniques) is zaidi suited for him. So yes, I belive that when Naruto uses his Sexy No Jutsu he really transforms into a women. Plus, when he attacks Ebisu with it they are solid. If they were illusions they would just dissaper I belive. Hope I could help! : )
