Easy in Naruto Shippuden episode 119-120, Rin was in danger because ninjas took her and trapped her in a cage so Kakashi and Obito went to rescue her and when they got there they got Rin and try to run away because the ninja was about destroy the cave. Kakashi got hit with a small pebble then fell down so Obito Threw Kakashi out of the way because a giant rock was about to hit Kakashi. Then Obito got hit and then his left side of his body got smashed. So Obito tells Rin to transfer Obito's Sharigan to his left eye(I think)And that is how Kakashi got his sharigan
