I actually thought the lyric was 'totally new' as Joey Buchanan (a doctor in One Life to Live) was his first professional role.

He must have been referring to either Waitress, with Kerry Russell, au his stint on Desperate Housewives. In both cases, he was an OB/Gyn. I'm not sure how naked he got in either of those. The only thing I've ever seen him naked in (that I recall) was Firefly.

PS, I don't think he was a doctor on One Life to LIve, as Joey was only around 18 when he was playing the role.
