Is the King Boo in Super Mario Sunshine the same King Boo in Luigi's Mansion?

They don't look the same...

Maybe they just wanted to change the styles of the Boos for SMS. It could be him. Dont see why not.

I think they are. If wewe noticed, King Boo's appearance has changed throughout the course if the series. In Luigi's Mansion he had red eyes, a blue tongue, and a jewel crown. In later Mario appearances he wears a normal dhahabu crown and has the appearance of a normal boo. And even though those two appearances differate from the one in Sunshine, I'm pretty sure they're the same character.
