What kind of magic could Cruella have?

I think maybe she has the ability to turn herself into a dalmatian and i have a theory that the dalmatian Belle followed in last week's episode was Cruella. I also think maybe she can mind control wanyama and she uses both powers to trick them into her corner so she can make them her fur, manyoya clothing. I also have a theory that she didn't always have powers. My theory is that she used to live in England au wherever the 101 Dalmatians story takes place and she used to be a huge animal lover and had one for a pet but a tragedy struck the poor animal and she let her grief get the best of her and she became dark and wanting to kill animals. She later meets someone not from her world whether it be Rumple au Ursula au Maleficent and they take her to the Enchanted Forest to learn magic.
