This is to make sense of when things happened in the FairyTaleWorld (FTW) and when they happen in StoryBrooke (SB). I would upendo suggestions to keep up the time line. BTC: Before the curse, ATC: After the Curse

siku of the curse: Emma is born in FTW, placed in wardrobe
siku of the curse: FTW transferred to SB they do not age (Ashley is pregnant for 28 yrs.?)
? ATC: Regina finds John doe on side of the road
18 yr. ATC: Emma has child @ 18 closed adoption
18 yr. ATC: Regina gets Mr.gold to find a child for her
27 yr. ATC: Miss Blanchard gives book to Henry
28 yrs. ATC: Henry turns 10
28 yrs. ATC: Henry goes to Boston on Emma's 28th b-day to bring her back
28 yrs. ATC: Emma comes to StoryBrooke starts the clock
28 yrs. ATC: Blanchard reads to John Doe
28 yrs. ATC: John Doe wakes up he is David, Regina finds his wife Kathryn
28 yrs. ATC: Ashley is 9 months along, steals contract that sells her child to Mr.Gold
28 yrs. ATC: Ashley has child
28 yrs. ATC: Emma promises favor to Mr.Gold
28 yrs. ATC: Sean comes back they have there happy ending.
Episode 5:
~Mary Margaret is helping David, he will leave hospital in a week
~Emma makes maoni about not getting involved with married man
~Emma officially accepts Deputy position/ sink hole forms in StoryBrooke
~ Regina demands that Archie change his therapy tactics and Archie yells at Henry
~ David and Mary Margaret have a chat outside, he confesses he has feelings for her.
~ Henry goes into mine finds what looks like piece of a stained glass window
~ Archie goes after him and figures out he is a good guy/conscience
~ Emma uses Pongo Archie's dog to find them in the mine
~ Henry & Archie are rescued
~ Mary Margaret resigns from volunteering at the hospital
A few observations: bridges are very important in Snow/James & Mary/David story. The first mention is when Mary is kusoma the story in the hospital and she is kusoma a scene where "in the shadow of the troll bridge that there upendo was born." sekunde time is at the troll bridge where Snow rescues James from the trolls, then Mary finds David at the StoryBrooke toll bridge, and in episode 5 as David says good bye to Mary they are looking across each other on a bridge.
Also the remark from Emma about not getting involved with a married man I thought was telling. I am beginning to think the Henry's father was a married man, and that is why he does not know about Henry.
I also think I know what sacrifice Regina is having to go through for the curse, since as Rumple likes to repeat "all magic comes at a price". I believe the curse is preventing anyone from loving Regina no matter how much she loves Henry. In episode five we saw real motherly concern from Regina, as if she really did care for Henry. Yet Henry still does not care for her at all, and I don't think he ever will. That is her payment for the dark curse she will never be loved again. Makes her an evil/bad character that we can actually relate to and feel for. I really do enjoy this show.
