BECOMING "THE DARK ONE"
I have a confession to make. I am a little disappointed at how Emma swan became the new "Dark One". She did so kwa committing a noble act. And I find that . . . unsatisfying.
The Season One episode, (1.08) "Desperate Soul" revealed that Rumpelstiltskin had originally become "the Dark One" when he was recruited kwa the title's awali holder, Zoso, to find the dagger that would either allow the former to control him au acquire magical power kwa killing him.
