I sat staring at the British singer who was holding my hand. How did we ever get this far? Him being a super trendy, carrot loving, very attractive, famous British-Irish boyband leader, and me being... Isabelle Jenkins. I have no idea what made him fall for me. But here's how it started...
I slipped on my apron as I approached the cashier. I worked at Don's chai Shack. The business did quite well doing winter, but spring and fall were also good seasons. The bright red apron kept slipping from my waist, so I asked my co-worker to help tie it. There are only three workers here: Me, Avery Williams, and Mark Castor. Our boss, Mr. Vega, rarely showed up until the late hours. I sighed and grabbed an order booklet and menus. A group of five boys my age walked in. I put on a smile as I approached the table. "Hello, my name is Isabelle and I'll be your waitress today." I say, handing each of them menus. "Hi Isabelle." says one of the boys. I smile. He looks the oldest. He is wearing a striped shati and suspenders. "I'll give wewe a few dakika to decide what wewe want..." I say, my eyes widening as my voice cracks.
As I head away I hear, "Louis! wewe were checking that girl out!" My face grows red. "Shut up, Niall. wewe too, Liam and Zayn! And Harry... dibs." I bang my knee on the counter as I quickly slide behind it. Louis looked over at me as the rest of the boys talked and looked out the window. He smiled as we made eye contact. I smiled shyly and turned around, preparing another customer's drink. I carried a full tray: two cups of tea, a plateful of scones, cherry tarts, and a caramel-cinnamon glazed bun. "Here wewe go." I say cheerfully, gently sliding each dish to the person who ordered it. "What is wrong with you?" demands a man standing up. I bring the empty tray to my side. "What do wewe mean sir?" I ask him, a little shocked kwa his reaction. "I didn't order the cherry tarts! I ordered the peach, pichi tarts!" he bellows. The cafe falls silent and I'm aware of shifting gazes. I flip open my book and look at the order:
2 teas
Scones, plateful
Caramel-cinnamon glazed bun
cherry tarts
"I have that wewe ordered cherry tarts." I responded hoarsely, inaonyesha him the booklet. His eyes narrow and he rips the booklet out of my hand. "Well wewe made a mistake! I clearly ordered the peach, pichi tarts. wewe are an incompetent waiter! I want to speak to the manager." he raves. I stare at him. "The manager isn't here..." I mumbled. "Right. Now!" he yells, stepping towards me. "Excuse me sir." says a voice. I look and see the boy, Louis I believe his name is, step in front of me. "What?!" the angry man yells. His eyes widen. "Louis Tomlinson!" Louis smiles. Now my eyes widen. Louis Tomlinson... the leader of One Direction. "Sir, please calm down. Try a tart. They are delicious." He gently takes my order book from his hand and replaces it with a tart. "There wewe go. Enjoy!" he says, pulling me away from him.
"Thank you." I say, as he hands me my booklet. "That was amazing." Louis shrugs. "No big deal. He sits back down at his meza, jedwali and asks, "Any questions?" I smirk. "Yeah, just one." Niall shoots me a funny look. "What?" Louis asks.
"Did wewe decide what wewe wanted?"

From the people who brought wewe the ultra-glossy JLS and Justin Bieber books… (and just about every other pop nyota book wewe could possibly think of) Get ready to stampede your way into WHSmith for a copy of… Forever Young: Our Official X Factor Story.
Judging kwa the awali vitabu published kwa HarperCollins, we’re probably going to see behind the scenes gossip, diary entries and enough exclusive picha to redecorate your entire house with.
The book will be released on February 17th – to coincide with the X Factor tour. Now you’ll not only have something for them to sign, but also something to read on the journey nyumbani after the show
