Harry Styles is reportedly keeping in shape by training in exhausting self-defence techniques recommended by Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood.

The One Direction star is reportedly using Krav Maga, which was developed by the Israeli army and involves wrestling, boxing and martial arts.

Eastwood, 84, advised Harry, 20, to keep in shape using the fitness regime when the pair were chatting about his future in Hollywood, the Daily Star reports.

Harry\'s 1D bandmates Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson are also believed to be using KM to keep fit.

Meanwhile, Harry has found himself another lady friend to hang out with in the form of American singing sensation Meghan Trainor.

He struck up a close friendship with bubbly blonde singer-songwriter Meghan after meeting in the US, where Haz and his band have been embarking on their Where We Are tour.

Hot right now Meghan catapulted to fame after she recently reached No2 in the American charts with All About That Bass and is in demand to release fresh material. 

Harry, who has no plans to leave 1D, is starting to earn a name for himself as a songwriter.

He’s also been in the studio with Irish band Kodaline.

Frontman Steve Garrigan is a fan of Hazza’s dulcet tones after spending time in the studio with him in Los Angeles.

Steve said: “We did write a really cool love song. His voice is really strong.

“I didn’t know what to expect. He just started singing. I was like, ‘Wow, he’s got a great voice.’

“We would release a song with Harry . We ended up writing a song and having fun. Whatever’s released is released.”
