Gotta be Marineford. I liked One Piece for a long time before this, and Enies Lobby is a big part of that. But I didn't love One Piece until after this arc.

I loved the mystery and personal side of the Water 7 arc. Robin became prominent, Franky was introduced, and Usopp had a huge turning point. It wasn't too battle-heavy like the Enies Lobby and Marineford arcs.
