Pansy isn't in very much in the Harry Potter books, but she's managed to become one of the most hated characters in Harry Potter, surpassed only kwa Umbridge and the Dursleys. It's true that many people hate Bellatrix, Voldemort and Malfoy, but they also have plenty of mashabiki who think they make for great villains. Besides, Draco has plenty of girl fans. :) But Pansy doesn't have very many fans.
