Do wewe have to be a member of the Paramore shabiki Club to order something from their site?

My friend told me in order to buy something from their site, wewe have to be a member of their shabiki club which she later told me was $30 bucks. Now I'd really like to buy something without paying a registration fee. Is this possible- au not?
